Lauren Frost, MS, LPC-MHSP (temp)

Lauren is a therapist at AGAPE working toward her licensure as a licensed professional counselor and mental health service provider (LPC-MHSP). She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University and has received specialized training in many evidence-based practices, which include parenting support, developmental counseling, child-centered play therapy, person-centered counseling, and expressive arts.

Lauren is excited to work with children, teens, and adults who experience a variety of presenting concerns including: depression, anxiety, trauma, externalizing behaviors, and more. Lauren collaborates with clients to work toward establishing and accomplishing their goals within the safety of the therapeutic relationship. During the process of working toward clients’ goals, she will help clients connect with themselves and their inner resources through evidence-based therapeutic practices. As clients become more aware of their own uniqueness and inherent value, they can navigate their experiences and relationships with others in more meaningful ways.

Lauren is honored to work with clients as they learn to engage with their stories and be more present to their lives. Often, life is unpredictable and messy, and Lauren wants to empower clients to embrace life’s unknowns with a sense of confidence and courage. She will bring her authenticity, compassion, and commitment as she helps clients to experience their self-worth in new and intentional ways.

Lauren sees clients at the main office in Nashville and is under the supervision of Kasie Lee, PhD, LPC-MHSP, NCC, RPT-S.
