Gilda Linder, LPC-MHSP (temp)

Counselor

Gilda Linder, LPC-MHSP (temp) joined AGAPE in September of 2023. She holds a BS in Education from Lander University, an MS in Curriculum and Instruction from Arkansas State University, and an M.Ed in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. 

Gilda believes in holding space for her clients to feel seen, accepted, soothed, safe within the therapeutic relationship. Everyone faces hardships in life and needs someone to walk alongside them through life’s challenges. Gilda views each individual as having unique and priceless value and feels collaborating with clients is an honor. She believes that strength, resilience, and growth are the rewards of those who dare to face and persevere through painful experiences toward healing.

As a therapist, Gilda is passionate about working with clients who experience trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, marital and relationship issues, decision-making, and adjustment to change. Gilda champions her clients to meet their goals. 

Gilda is trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR, EMDR for Couples, EMDR for Eating Disorders, Brainspotting Levels 1 & 2, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She works primarily with individuals 16 and older and couples. 

Gilda Is currently under the supervision of Rob Fitzpatrick, LPC-MHSP.
