Tara Swafford

Tara Swafford has been a litigator for 29 years in Tennessee and is experienced in bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations. She specializes in business and employment litigation, along with a focus on education clients. She and her husband, Tony, practice law at Swafford Law where they enjoy working with fascinating clients and helping those they have the privilege of representing. They also operate a nonprofit, Sonrise Foundation, which focuses on at-risk youth. They have three sons and two grandchildren and attend Harpeth Hills Church of Christ.
