Logan Hartline
Board Member
Born in Atlanta and a life-long Nashville resident, Logan attended Lipscomb University and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, and later earned a Master of Science in Information Security. Logan ran his own freelance design studio for three years until he joined HCA Healthcare in late 2013.
In his current role, Logan leads the User Experience Center (UXC), the enterprise UX team that facilitates and drives user experience for strategic initiatives at HCA Healthcare. Comprised of 28 colleagues spanning myriad disciplines, the UXC focuses on building great products for patients, clinicians, colleagues, and other constituents in-between. In prior roles, Logan served as a Sr. UX Product Designer in the Digital Patient Experience organization, and a Product Owner over Online Appointment Scheduling and Classes and Events. Logan is a graduate of the HCA Emerging Leaders program and enjoys coaching and developing great talent.
In his spare time, Logan serves on the Board of Directors at AGAPE and Amputee Blade Runners. Most importantly, Logan is married to Jill and together, have four children: Amelia, Bettye-Jean, Chip and Deacon. Logan and Jill are members at Ethos Church and enjoy spending time with family and friends, eating great food, watching documentaries and spending time in the Donelson neighborhood.
Logan co-founded the Donelson Run Club with some close friends in Donelson. Logan is an avid runner, and three-time marathoner, most recently crossing the finish line of the 2022 Chicago Marathon.
When Logan isn’t running, herding his children, preparing for House Church, or falling into a new YouTube rabbit hole, he enjoys discovering new music, enjoying great coffee, and playing Ultimate Frisbee and Disc Golf.
