Laura Dodd, M.S.
Counselor
Laura Dodd, M.S. joined AGAPE in January 2022 as a clinical mental health counseling intern, and she now serves as a contract counselor. Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in play therapy at Lipscomb University. She is currently working towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) in Tennessee. She enjoys working with children, teens, families, and people with disabilities who present with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. Laura utilizes child-centered play therapy, expressive arts, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy to support people in their challenges of life.
