Lilly Phillips
Case Manager
Lilly Phillips, joined AGAPE in September 2024 as an intern with the social services department. She graduated from Liberty University Online with a bachelor's degree in behavioral science. She joined AGAPE as a case manager for The Dwelling Place in June of 2025. She is passionate about serving vulnerable populations and is honored to be part of an organization whose mission and heart align so deeply with her own values.
