Nancy Cornwell

Nancy Cornwell completed her undergraduate degree at Lipscomb University and holds a master's degree from Vanderbilt University. Her professional career was spent as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Immunohematology Specialist. She held various positions as a transfusion service manager, sales/training/marketing manager, and President of the Tennessee Association of Blood Banks. Nancy has served multiple terms on AGAPE’s Board of Directors (total of twelve years of service). She has been privileged to serve as Board Secretary, Board Vice-Chair, and Board Chair (for two terms). During that decade plus span, AGAPE has succeeded in facing various challenges and opportunities...leadership transitions, expansion of services, attaining and maintaining CARF accreditation, etc. all while holding fast to its mission to "Strengthen children and families with the healing love of Christ through counseling and social services." Now, happily retired, Nancy spends her time on a variety of volunteer activities and playing Pickleball
