Brad Arnold

Board Member

Brad Arnold, son of a family counselor and church of Christ minister, is a native of North Carolina and first came to Nashville in 1972 to attend Lipscomb University, where he earned a BS Degree in Business Management. He married his wife Lynne in 1979 and together they relocated across the country as Brad developed a successful career in the trucking industry and Lynne developed her career as a school teacher.

Thirteen years later as a young family with 2 daughters, Brad and Lynne returned to Franklin, TN, where they made Harpeth Hills Church of Christ their church home. Brad’s career shifted into executive search in the healthcare industry and over the past decade, those relationships of an extensive healthcare network have allowed Brad the opportunity to provide accounts receivable solutions to his clients, helping healthcare providers reach higher levels of patient satisfaction and financial success.

Brad has been known throughout his life to be a relationship driven person with a sincere love for people and family. His first ‘engagement’ with Agape came in the late 1990’s when his family was going through some challenging moments and the counseling services of Agape helped Brad and his family walk through adversity and continue to build a strong family. Brad’s appreciation and value of the services provided by Agape have continued to grow over the past twenty years and ultimately an opportunity to now serve on the Board of Directors of Agape.
