Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager
Jeff Fox joined AGAPE on June 1, 1995. He served as a foster care and adoption case manager for 21 years before becoming the Director of Social Services in January 2016. In September 2019, Jeff took on the newly created role of Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager, where he oversees AGAPE/Morning Star Sanctuary's policies, procedures, licensure and compliance. Jeff earned his BBA in Business Management from Harding University in 1981 and his MSSW from the University of Tennessee in 1992. Jeff is passionate about his work at AGAPE because it has allowed him to be God’s instrument to helping hurting children and broken families heal. He says the joy in seeing parents recover and reunite with their children, or seeing children become a permanent part of loving Christian families, makes serving God at AGAPE well worth the time and effort. He can see God doing the impossible through AGAPE.
