Shannon Phillips
Case Manager of Social Services
Shannon Phillips, joined AGAPE in April 2023 as a Foster Care Case Manager. She earned her bachelor’s degree in ministry to Victims of Sexual Exploitation from Moody Bible Institute in 2018. In the past, Shannon has worked for a residential boarding school that provided care for teen girls who were commercially sexually exploited as a Case Manager and as the Health and Support Coordinator. Most recently, she worked for a private foster care agency in California as a Child and Resource Family Social Worker. Shannon’s goal in the social work profession is to provide quality care and services for children who have undergone various forms of trauma, but also to share with those children just how deeply loved they are by Jesus and that He is their ultimate healer. AGAPE is a Gospel-centered ministry and she is thankful to be doing social services on the foundation of Jesus Christ.
